Established in 1999, our cylinders are handcrafted to your specifications in our small workshop.

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and to understand our customers' needs. We think that the thick cylinder wall makes our products better qualtiy, more comfortable, means they are less likely to break, and the slight addition to the weight adds to the pumping sensation and effectiveness!

When purchasing from us you will be covered under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which give you a 7 day cooling off period. Unless we have started making a bespoke item, you can cancel your order within seven days and have a full refund.

Our cylinders are made from cast acrylic which is manufactured to ISO 9000 and was developed for windows of submersibles and high pressure vessels in industry, so they are highly durable.

We are so confident of our quality that cylinders are guaranteed for one year against faults of manufacture. Pumps are guaranteed for 3 months. (Statutory rights under UK law are not affected).

Warm soapy water is sufficient for cleaning.

Do NOT use petroleum based products on any part of the cylinders or pumps as this will cause cosmetic crazing and may cause mechanisms to degrade.

They are NOT dishwasher proof - the detergent degrades the acrylic and the connector.

Tube sizes are in millimetres, measurements are given to the nearest equivalent inch and displayed in inches. Please ensure you order the correct size since cylinders cannot be returned once used. See How to measure .
